The Influence on the Impact to Turnover Intention in the Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy of Care Worker in Home Care

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out how to reduce turnover intention by enhancing job satisfaction and self-efficacy through the relationship between the job stress and the turnover intention through the mediation effect of job satisfaction and self-efficacy of care worker in home care. To achieve the goal, a survey research was performed for 241 care worker in the Chungcheongbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do province of south korea. The data was analyzed by correlation analysis, and path analysis. There was positive correlation between job stress, job satisfaction, self-efficacy and turnover intention while there was negative correlation job satisfaction, self-efficacy and turnover intention. The most significant variable was job satisfaction in explaining the turnover intention of care worker as well as job stress and self-efficacy in home cares. This study proved that job satisfaction and self-efficacy has a mediation effect between job stress and turnover intention. In conclusion, We suggested job improvement, regulation of job stress, rational income to enhance job satisfaction and improvement of health conditions, self conceit and dignity of self service to enhance self-efficacy.
